Fish Mappas

Asha Jible
Here comes the yummy Meen mappas or Fish mappas recipe made with coconut milk. Not a spicy recipe but the fish when cooked in coconut milk gives a creamy texture, making it so yummy. It serves as a good combination for Appam, Roti or even white rice.
We have used Tilapia but you could use fish of your choice, preferably those with fewer bones. If you are using any small fish, you could skip the frying step and directly start making the gravy and add the fish to it, but then the fish should be cooked for 20-25mins once after adding to the gravy.
