Pakora or pakoda or bhajji , all are just different names of the same yummy snack that we crave to have with hot tea or coffee. Especially when it could be made easily by the time tea is getting ready, then we are more than happy to try it out. Bhajji or pakodas are usually made with veggies dipped in gram flour batter. But one evening while I was craving for some pakoras and I didn't have the gram flour, it was when I came up with this recipe with all-purpose flour and I must say it came out to be superb and the pakoras vanished from the plate in no time.
Try this version and you will be amazed how tasty the pakoda turns out to be a different and yummy tea time snack recipe.
