Ingredients
  

For Beef Curry

  • 2 Kgs Beef Cut into small pieces
  • 2 ½ tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 3 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 25-30 numbers Pearl onions cut into pieces
  • 1 Onion (big) finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Coconut chopped into pieces

For Beef Fry

  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Cononut Chopped into peces
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies slit into half
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper freshly crushed
  • Curry leaves

Instructions
 

For Beef Curry

  • To make the masala, put all the powders into a clean bowl and mix well
  • Into a pressure cooker, kept on medium flame pour the coconut oil
  • Once the oil becomes hot, put the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves
  • Then put the coconut pieces, stir it until it becomes golden color
  • Put the cut pearl onions and chopped onions, stir until sauteed
  • Once sauteed, drop the masalas
  • Stir until the raw smell fades and the onion turns shiny
  • Then drop in the beef pieces and mix well
  • Add salt to taste, mix well
  • Close the cooker and cook on medium until 5 whisles
  • After 5 whistles, switch off the stove and leave it until the steam goes by itself
  • Once the steam is gone, open the cooker
  • Yummy Beef Curry is ready

For Beef Fry

  • Take out a small portion of beef curry, with less gravy into a one bowl
  • Into a skillet, pour coconut oil
  • Once the oil turns hot, drop the coconut pieces, stir until it turns golden brown color
  • Then add the finely chopped onion, and green chillies stir well until it turns slightly brown
  • Take out a portion of the onion and coconut pieces into a bowl for final garnishing
  • Then pour the beef curry into the skillet, stir well
  • Add freshly crushed black pepper, curry leaves and mix well
  • Stir until the gravy is absorbed well
  • Yummy Beef Fry is Ready
