Place a pressure cooker on medium flame
Pour ghee and oil into the cooker
Drop in the whole spices, stir, and let the aroma come
Put the onion pieces, and saute well
Put Fennel seeds and Shahi jeera and mix well
Once sauteed, put the turmeric powder, garam masala
Stir well, until everything mixed
Then add the chicken pieces, mix well
Put the pepper powder, salt and mix well
Then add the paste of cilantro and mint leaves, stir well.
Drop a quarter cup of fried onions on the chiicken
Let the gravy start boiling
Then add the rice, mix well
Pour 4 and 1/4 cups of hot water to the mix
To it add salt to taste and lemon juice of half lemon
Mix everything well and close the cooker
Cook between medium and low flame and wait for ONE whistle
Once the whistle comes, switch off the stove and let the steam go by itself
Once the steam has gone, open the cooker
Stir up with a small spoon or fork
Garnish with fried onions or cilantro
