Into a skillet kept on medium flame, pour coconut oil
Put mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter
Then add the chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies
Stir and saute well
Then add the chopped onions, and salt to taste
Add the masalas: chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala
Stir everything well
Once the raw smell of the powders fade, drop-in the tomato pieces and stir well
Once the tomatoes are cooked well, put the ground chicken and combine everything well

Stir well, close and cook for 15minutes
After 15minutes, open and put freshly crushed black pepper
Put chopped tomatoes (only the flesh, no seeds) and cilantro
