To a heavy bottom cookpot on medium flame, pour butter and vegetable oil
Put Garlic, ginger, Saute for few mins
Then add chopped onion and green chilies
Stir until sauteed
Then to it pour Tomato puree and stir well for 5mins
Then on medium flame, add all the spices, and saffron and stir well
After 3mins, drop the chopped tomato, salt and stir until the tomatoes turn mushy
Once done, put the chicken pieces and mix well
Pour warm water and mix
Close and cook for 20-25mins or until the chicken is cooked
Then take out the chicken pieces from the pot and keep it aside
