To a pan, pour 2tbsp of vegetable oil and let it get heated up
Once hot, put fennel seeds and let it splutter
To it add the chopped onions, saute for 2-3mins
Then put the ginger-garlic paste and stir for another 4mins
Add green chilies and saute everything until soft
Once sauteed, drop the masala powders (turmeric, chili, coriander, garam masala, black pepper) and salt
Stir everything until the raw smell fades
To another bowl, put the ground chicken, then the onion mix (made above), mashed potato, all-purpose flour , salt and mix everything with a spatula
Once mixed well, take small ball size portions and roll into small balls or oval shapes
Then put into the beaten egg for a bath and then to the bread crumbs
Coat well
