Into a pan, pour oil, drop the onions( for frying), and fry it until brown and keep it aside
Then to the oil, drop in the whole spices and saute it for a minute
After that put the chopped onions and stir for 5minutes until they turn transclucent
Add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and stir well
Stir until well sauteed
To it, add the chopped tomatoes and stir until the tomatoes turn mushy
Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and garam masala, salt, and stir well
Cook until the raw smell of the powders fade
Then add the curd and mix well until well combined with the gravy
Once it boils, crack the eggs and pour it into the gravy
Without touching now, close the pan and cook for 3mins
After 3mins, open the pan and gently scramble the eggs, and combine it into the gravy without breaking the egg too much
Then again close and cook for another 5mins
After 5mins, open the pan and stir
Add the cooked rice, and salt (if needed) gently stir without breaking the rice into pieces
After mixing well, place the cut boiled eggs on top of the rice, throw in a handful of chopped mint leaves, and the fried onions
Close and cook for 5-8mins until the steam comes thoroughly
Then open and stir once more
