Cook separately the pasta as specified by the brand you are using
Into a skillet pour olive oil, then minced garlic, saute or a minute or two
Then add the chopped onions and saute until soft
Put the Kashmiri chili powder, cumin powder and stir well until the raw smell of chili powder fades
Then to it add the crushed tomato, put salt
Stir well, and close and cook for 15mins
Then once boiled well, put the crushed peppercorns and basil leaves
Stir well and cook for another 5mins
After 5mins put the tomato sauce and stir
Then pour the cream and stir until it start to boil
once it start to boil, drop the cooked pasta and gently stir everything
Put salt if needed
Then add the cheese and stir well
That's it, yummy creamy pasta is ready..
