Into a bowl, sift together the milk powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cardamom powder
Then pour the curd and start mixing together
You would need to pour more curd or milk to mix
And make the dough into a ball, no need of kneading
Add the ghee and mix well
Out of the dough, make small balls of 1inch size
And move to another plate
Meanwhile, heat the oil and ghee
And place the small dough balls into the oil and fry it for 4-5mins
Fry it on medium flame until it turns golden brown
