Into a pressure cooker kept on medium flame, pour vegetable oil
Once the oil is heated, put the cardamom, cloves and fennel seeds

On another tortilla pan, spread a little oil
Then place the cooked tortilla or roti
Then to half of its side, place 3-4tbsp of cheese
Spread Ground cooked beef on top of the cheese
The place the chopped onion (2tbsp), and chopped tomato on top
Spread the seasonings or the cilantro
Again place the cheese on top
Fold the tortilla to form a semi-circle
Then cover and cook for 3-4min on medium flame
Then Open and flip it over
Again cover the pan and cook for another 3-4mins
After 3-4mins the quesadillas are ready.
