Into a clay pot on medium flame, pour the coconut oil
Put the red chilies, heat it
Then add the chopped onion
Saute well for two minutes
Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste
Mix well for 4minutes
Then add the powders in the "Powder ingredients"
Stir until the raw smell fades
Then to it add the tomatoes and stir until the tomatoes turn mushy
Once that is done, drop the cooked mutton pieces
Stir well and add salt
Stir for around 5-6minutes
Then add the mutton stock and mix well
Close and Cook for 15mins
Or until the gravy is reduced
After that open and pour the lemon juice
Stir well for 5mins more
Garnish with curry leaves
