Into a skillet or clay pot, pour coconut oil
Once it is hot, add the fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds
Add the coconut slices and stir until it reaches a golden brown
Add the ginger, garlic and green chilies and curry leaves
Stir well for around 3mins until it is sauteed
Then add the chopped pearl onions to it and mix well
Stir well until the onions turn transcluscent
Then to it add the turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt
Mix well and stir until the raw smell of the powders fade
To it add the chopped tomatoes and stir until it turns mushy
Once it is soft, then add the cooked shrimp along with the stock
Stir and add warm water and stir everything well
Close and cook for around 10- 15mins
Once it is cooked, add the curry leaves for garnishing
Stir well and take it off the stove
