Into a pan kept on high flame, pour vegetable oil and 1 tbsp of sesame oil
Once the oil starts heating, put the ginger, garlic and green chilies and stir for 2 mins
After that add the green onions, stir for 2 mins
Then add the veggies - carrots, capsicum and cabbage and stir well for 5mins
Add salt and pepper powder and stir until combined
To it add the cooked rice, pour the soy sauce and vinegar on it and stir everything well
Once stirred, pour ½tbsp of Sesame oil and sugar(optional) to it and stir until the rice turns hot
Yummy Veg Fried Rice ready, serve it hot with or without sauce.
