Into a mixie jar, drop the paneer cubes and crush well
Once crushed move it to another bowl, put the other ingredients under "for the paneer balls"
Mix everything well and make it into small balls
And keep it another plate
Keep a pan with vegetable oil for frying on the stove with medium flame
In another bowl, drop the besan and other ingredients under "for the batter " section.
Mix well until you a get a batter neither thick nor thin, also without any lumps
Dip the paneer balls in the batter, and coat the balls well with the batter
And place it in the hot oil and fry for around 3 mins
Flip it around if the paneer balls are not dipped well in the oil
Then, once fried, move it to the kitchen tissue to drain off excess oil
Yummy Paneer Pakoras are ready!!
