Paneer Pakora

Asha Jible
Evenings are tastier when we have few bites of yummy snacks to accompany our hot cup of tea or coffee. It would be healthier when we could make those yummy bites at home. And it would make us happier when the snack bowls go clean when your little ones finish them and enjoy it to the last bit. And of course, it would be easier to have an easy recipe in hand to achieve all the above.
Here is such an easy recipe, that you could make in around 15 mins, and comes out to be super tasty. Subtly spiced-up paneers coated in the pakora batter and fried in hot oil. I liked it this way than the paneer cubes dipped in besan batter as it gives a kinda nice flavor to the paneer. And of course, it becomes softer and chewy for the little ones.
Serve it hot with ketchup or even without, as it is so tasty both ways. Enjoy your tea with this yummy and easy paneer pakoras.

Notes

Try this out and I'm sure you would love it.
It is not necessary that you make balls out of paneer mix, you could even make it cutlet shapes and then dip in besan batter.
Let me know how it went for you.
