PANEER STIR FRY

For a busy weekday, if you are looking for an easy 10 mins yummy recipe, you can definitely try this Paneer stir fry. With few ingredients that are often seen in our house, you are good to make this delicious recipe.
Most of us keep thinking of what to make for dinner especially the side dish, and we do not want to spend more than 30 mins in the kitchen after a busy work day. This recipe takes less than 15 mins to get ready, so as I said before, it is perfect for a weekday dinner.
Toss the paneer in a liitle oil and then move it to another bowl. Into the same pan where the paneer is tossed, saute the ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion and bell peppers. Add the usual sauces that we add like the soya, chili and tomato ketchup. After stirring the all these, add the paneer set aside and stir for 2 -3 minutes and that's it. Yummy and easy Paneer Stir Fry is ready!

  • Wok

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms Paneer cubed
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ inch Ginger minced
  • 3 or 4 Green chilies chops
  • 2 medium Onion cut into cubes
  • 1 small Bell pepper cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • ½ tbsp Soya sauce
  • ½ tbsp Red Chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Into a pan kept on medium flame, pour vegetable oil
  • Once the oil is getting heated, put the chili flakes and stir for few seconds
  • Make sure the chili flakes don't get burnt
  • Then to it add the cubed paneer, stir for 2-3 mins until the edges get slightly brown
  • Move the paneer to another bowl and keep it aside
  • To the same pan with a little oil, pour sesame oil
  • Then to it put the minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies and stir for 1 min
  • Add the onion pieces and stir for a min
  • To it add the bell pepper pieces and stir for another 2 mins
  • Add salt to taste, pour the soya sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup, stir for 1 min
  • Finally, add the paneer that is kept aside and stir for 2 -3 mins
  • That's it. Yummy Paneer Stir fry is ready.
