Into a pan kept on medium flame, pour vegetable oil
Once the oil is getting heated, put the chili flakes and stir for few seconds
Make sure the chili flakes don't get burnt
Then to it add the cubed paneer, stir for 2-3 mins until the edges get slightly brown
Move the paneer to another bowl and keep it aside
To the same pan with a little oil, pour sesame oil
Then to it put the minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies and stir for 1 min
Add the onion pieces and stir for a min
To it add the bell pepper pieces and stir for another 2 mins
Add salt to taste, pour the soya sauce, chili sauce, and tomato ketchup, stir for 1 min
Finally, add the paneer that is kept aside and stir for 2 -3 mins
That's it. Yummy Paneer Stir fry is ready.
