Into a small jar of the food processor,put in all the ingredients under the "masala paste section"
Add enough water and grind it to make it a paste
Into a clay pot placed on medium flame, drop coconut oil
Then put the mustard seeds, let it splutter
Once done, put the chopped small onions, garlic and curry leaves
Stir until well sauteed
Then drop the paste of all the powders and ginger
Stir everything until the raw smell fades
Once done, pour 1/2 cup of water and Salt water and the brindleberry which is kept aside
Let it boil
Once it boils, put the fish pieces and gently stir
Put 1tsp of fenugreek powder
Stir everything
Close and cook on high flame until the gravy boils
Once the gravy boils, reduce the flame b/n medium and low
Cook for 25mts
Stir intermittently without breaking the fish pieces
After 25mts, if you do not want more gravy, keep the pot opened and cook for 5more minutes on high flame
Garnish with more curry leaves
Naadan fish curry is ready
