To the same pan, drop ginger, garlic and chilies
If there is not enough oil, pour 2tsp of vegetable oil
Once the ginger, garlic and, chilies, turn slighlty brown, drop in onion
Stir until the onion is half done
Drop the spring onion , stir well
Once it is sauteed, add all the sauces, mix well
Pour water and stir and let it boil
Then add the corn starch slurry
Let it boil and the gravy thicken
After that, drop the fried baby corn, onion, capsicum
Stir everything well
Add vinegar
Stir for 3mins more on high flame
Garnish with Spring onions
