Mulaku Pachadi

One of the easiest recipes that you can make for Sadya and comes out to be super tasty. The crunchy chilies give a different taste to that of other pachadis. Another yummy recipe handed over to me by my mom!!

Ingredients
6
Green Chilies
(long ones, that are not spicy, you can remove the seeds to make it less spicier) finely chopped
10-12
Small onions/shallots
finely chopped
1
tsp
Ginger
finely chopped
1
tsp
Curry leaves
finely chopped
1
tsp
Coconut oil
Salt to taste
3/4

Curd
For Seasoning
1
tbsp
Coconut oil
1
tsp
Mustard Seeds
2
Red Chilies
Curry leaves
2
Small onions
chopped
Instructions
To a bowl, drop the chopped green chilies and chopped small onions
Put Coconut oil and salt to it
Using a flat spoon, mash or crush the chilies and onions
Crush it just until it lose its rigidness (You don't have to crush it like a paste)
Then to it add curd
And mix well and keep it aside
Seasoning
To a pan kept on medium flame, pour 1tsp Coconut oil
When the oil gets hot, put mustard seeds and let it splutter
After that put the curry leaves and dried red chilies and Small onions
Stir until the onions turn brown
After that drop the seasoning to the green chilies curd mix
Stir everything well
Yummy mulaku pachadi ready!!

Notes
The chilies spiciness could be reduced by removing the seeds. It is an easy and delicious recipe. The crunchiness of the chilies make it different from other types of pachadis.
