Yummy Egg Butter Masala Ready!!
I tried this version of egg curry because it is very difficult for my girls to eat cashew nuts but they love eggs.. I made the gravy where in they wouldn't even know Cashews are there. Also, the cashews give the gravy a buttery and thick texture.
Parenting is also discovering new recipes that would satisfy their little ones taste also but also maintaining the daily nutrients they should have. 😃
They both loved to have Egg Butter Masala with hot roti/ tortillas and fried rice.
Try this and you would also love it.
