Cook the dried green peas (which is soaked in water overnight or atleast 4hrs ) in apressure cooker for 4 whistles or until the peas are cooked
Keep it aside
Into a skillet on medium flame, pour oil
Drop mustard seeds and fennel seeds and let it splutter
After that, drop the dried red chilies and curry leaves and stir for 1 min
Then, put the garlic, ginger and green chilies and stir well for 2 mins
To it add the chopped onions and stir until sauteed
Once sauteed, add the chili powder and turmeric powder and mix well
Then add the cooked peas and stir well
Add the warm water and close and cook for 8mins
Meanwhile, break the eggs into another bowl
Beat them until well beaten with added 2 tbsp of water and salt
And then keep it aside
Then once the eggs are beaten well, open the skillet where the peas are getting cooked
Stir and add the beaten eggs and close and cook for 3mins
Then open and stir well and mix everything
Add the cilantro and mix
Keep stiring for another 2-3min

Serve hot with Roti or chapathi.
