Into the same pan, add the coconut oil
Once it is hot, put the fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds
Once they splutter, add the red chilies, curry leaves and stir well
Add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies and stir until sauteed
Add Onions and stir until well sauteed
Once done, add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, and garam masala
Stir until the raw smell of the powders fade
Then to it add the tomatoes and stir well
Add water to it and stir until the tomatoes turn mushy
Then add salt to taste and stir well
Once stirred add the coconut milk and stir
Let it boil
Once it starts boiling, put the fried fish
Gently stir without breaking the fish
And Close and cook for 10mins
After 10 mins, gently stir and garnish with curry leaves, green chilies and garam masala
Slowly stir and take the pan off the stove
