Into a wok kept on medium to high flame, pour sesame oil and vegetable oil
Drop ginger, garlic, green chilies and stir until it turns slight brown
Then to it add the shredded cabbage, carrot pieces and stir until is slightly done
Once that is done, move the veggies to the side of the pan and pour the beaten egg mix onto the space made
Do not stir for few seconds until the base of the eggs start to solidify
Then stir well with the veggies without breaking the egg too much.
Then to it add the pepper powder and stir well
Add the cooked rice, and cooked chicken to it and stir until well mixed
Add the soy sauce, vinegar, 1½ tbsp of Chicken stock
Add salt if needed
And stir everything well until the rice is hot and starts steaming
Garnish with more green onions
Move the Yummy chicken fried rice to a serving bowl
Serve hot with or without sauce
