To a bowl put the sliced onion
To it add the chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and asafoetida powder
Mix well
Break the egg to another bowl, and beat it well with a fork
Then pour the beaten egg to the onion
Mix well
To it add the sifted all-purpose flour, basil leaves or cilantro, baking powder, and salt
Mix until everything is properly mixed
In a kadai, pour vegetable oil enough for frying
Once the oil is hot, start putting a tablespoon full of onion egg mix into the oil
No need to worry because of the shapeless form because it is beautiful that way
Flip after 2 mins and wait for another 3 mins or until the bhajji turn golden brown
Once done take it off the kadai and place it on a kitchen tissue.
Serve it with hot tea and enjoy your evening.
