Want to try Pasta for dinner? Here comes a yummy pasta recipe with chicken, veggies, milk. An easy, yummy and healthy dinner recipe. Hope you all would love it.

For Chicken Preparation

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 300 gms Boneless Chicken pieces 1 ½inch long pieces
  • Salt

For the pasta

  • 400 gms Pasta Cooked in water, salt, olive oil or as per the brand's instruction given in the box
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • 200 gms Button Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 big Capsicum sliced
  • 1 big Tomato sliced
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup Hot milk Boiled
  • 1 cup Cheese Grated


  • Into a skillet, put the butter and olive oil
  • When the oil is heated, put the garlic powder, chili powder, and Stir well for 1min
  • Drop the chicken pieces, and salt
  • Stir everything and cook for 20mins until the chicken is cooked
  • (The cook time would depend on the size of the chicken pieces)
  • Once cooked, move to another plate
  • To the same skillet, pour 1tbsp of olive oil,
  • Put the minced garlic, stir well for 2mins
  • Then add the chopped onions, stir for 6-7mins until the onions turn soft
  • Once they are soft, add the mushrooms, capsicum and tomato slices
  • Add salt
  • Stir well, close and cook for 15mins until the veggies are cooked
  • Once they are cooked, add the cumin powder, chili powder and black pepper powder
  • Stir well and cook for another 10mins
  • Now turn the flame of the stove to low
  • Then, once a nice aroma comes, pour the hot boiled milk and stir well
  • Keep stirring or else the milk would curdle
  • Then add the cooked pasta and keep stirring
  • To it drop the cooked chicken which is kept aside
  • Mix well
  • Finally, add the cheese and stir well
  • The amount of cheese could be more or less depending on your taste
  • Yummy Chicken Pasta is ready..



When I made this for the first time, the milk curdled, it was because I wasn’t stirring it. And for my second attempt, it came out well as I kept stirring,  So you would have to keep stirring after pouring milk and the flame should be low. 
Its a very tasty pasta recipe, my girls loved it. And they ate all those veggies in there without the usual complaints. The milk and cheese made it so creamy and cheesy. It was a big hit here, hoping you also would enjoy it.
