Egg fried rice is one of the yummiest rice recipe with few vegetables and eggs and cooked rice. Here is the perfect recipe for egg fried rice without soya sauce or any kind of sauce.
A perfect easy recipe after a busy day or even a lazy day when we just want to chill back, yet want to have delicious food without taking out from restaurants.
The crunchy vegetables and the soft eggs make it healthy, yummy and colorful as well, making it pleasing for the kids. It is one of the best methods for those kids who do not eat eggs as such.
Serving a colorful recipe would make our dinner table beautiful and also those colors make us happier too. The happiness after having a great meal is just immeasurable!!

  • Wok or a frying pan


  • 3 Eggs
  • cups Basmati Rice cooked
  • 1 + ½ tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 3 or 4 Green chilies
  • ¼ cup Spring onions chopped
  • ¾ cup Carrots chopped
  • ¾ cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1 cuo Cabbage shredded
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • tsp Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinear


  • Into a pan or wok , pour 1 tbsp Sesame oil and vegetable oil
  • Once the oil is hot, put the garlic, ginger and green chilies
  • Saute for 1 min
  • Then, put the spring onions, and mix for 2mins
  • Then drop the veggies – carrot, capsicum, and cabbage
  • Stir everything well for 3 mins
  • Do not overcook it
  • Then put the chili flakes, pepper powder snd salt
  • Mix well
  • Then clear the center of the pan and move the veggies to the sides
  • And break the eggs and put them at the center space
  • If needed, put a pinch of salt for the eggs
  • Break the egg yolk gently and let it stay for 2 to 3 mins
  • Then after that, mix with the vegetables
  • Once mixed well, then drop the cooked rice and salt to it
  • Mix well until well combined
  • Put the sugar, vinegar and mix well
  • Finally, add the sesame oil (the remaining 1/2tbsp) and mix well
  • Then mix everything until steamy
  • Yummy egg fried rice is ready!!
  • Serve hot!



It would be better to cook rice on the previous day and refrigerate it otherwise the rice may turn sticky. 
This is an easy recipe, I have not used any kind of sauces, yet it tastes amazingly well. 
Try it and then you would stick with this recipe and would never use sauce again.
