TANDOORI CHICKEN MASALA GRAVY

Asha Jible
Tandoori chicken gravy is a gravy version of the famous tandoori chicken. I came up with this recipe a long time back. But couldn't record it to share with you all. So tried this again for the Easter and again everyone loved it. So thought not to delay it anymore in sharing with you all.
I must say this tandoori chicken gravy is a yummy recipe. If you are looking for something different from what you usually try out, then go for this yummy chicken recipe which would be a nice combination for roti, or white rice or any flatbreads.
I have used my own homemade tandoori chicken masala powder, the recipe for which I have shared as well: https://youtu.be/ut5gH_y12S8
Whenever I make chicken recipes, I try to marinate the chicken with the masalas just to make sure the masala is absorbed into the chicken well. Also, when we marinate, the cooking of the chicken starts then itself well before the time we put that in the cooking pan.
So like almost all my other chicken recipes, I have marinated the chicken in the masala powder that I made and then added that into the gravy later.
